Why coaching?
Developed by Christian ministry professionals for pastors, coaches come along side you in your personal journey of reaching your ministry goals. Seasoned coaches are eager to help you grow in leadership and grapple with the unique challenges you face in living out your call. A clergy coach will help you be more effective and intentional in ministry by becoming your ministry partner.
How It Works
Once or twice a month you will meet with your coach to identify your ministry goals and priorities, strategize about how to reach them, and overcome obstacles that crop up along the way. Your sessions may take place via video chat, which allows a personal approach between you and your coach.
